Anne Marie Duff

Anne-Marie Duff (born in England) is an English actor and narration. Duff began her television career during the late 1990s following her graduation from Drama Centre London. She was on the show Trial & Retribution Amongst Women & Aristocrats. Anne-Marie Duff, a British actress, was born in Chiswick on the 8th of October, 1970. Anne-Marie Duff (born 8 October 1970) is an English screen and stage actress. Her fame was due to her role as Fiona Gallagher in the first two seasons UK television series Shameless. The Virgin Queen (2006) saw her play the role of Queen Elizabeth in The Virgin Queen, and she was also the lead character In From Darkness (2015). Duff played roles in films like Enigma (2001) The Magdalene Sisters Notes on a Scandal (2006) French Film (2008) The Last Station and Nowhere Boy Before I Go to Sleep (2014) and Suffragette (2015). Duff was nominated to win BAFTA Awards in Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress and Best Actress in Shameless The Virgin Queen. In addition to that she received the BAFTA Cymru Award in Best Actress in 2007 for the television film The History of Mr Polly. Anne-Marie Duff was a multi-award-winning English actress. She is a standout in her showbiz career acting on radio and television films, as well as theaters. Her fame was largely due to her role as Fiona Gallagher on the British comedy drama show Shameless and as Queen Elizabeth in The Virgin Queen. Anne Marie is now a talented theatre actress after more than a decade of stage work including working for The Royal National Theatre.
